New Moon

I loved New Moon. I love the books. They are fun and silly and I love them. But wanna know what I love more than the Twilight books? I love a good girl's night out. Heck, I love any girl's nights out. So I decided to combine the two and have a New Moon Girl's Night Out.

Wahooooo!

It was spectacular!

Lots of great women, lots of great food and one really cold night standing out in line for a great movie.

In my book? It was a recipe for success.

And successful it was!

A big thanks to Jana for the cake and a big thanks to Rochelle for the BEST soup I have ever tasted! Maybe I can get her to post it on her blog and I'll give you the link.

Anyway, here are a few pictures of our fun night.

Hi Karli - i'm a huge fan of the Twilight Saga and I'm going to have a New Moon dvd release party in March. I just love your paper flowers on the ceiling. How did you make them? I know how to make paper flowers but didn't know how you go the red edges on them. Can you post how to make them??

Julie, I hope you come back to read this! I just dipped a toothpick in red food coloring and rubbed it on the edges of the tissue paper before I separated them. Make sense?

Oh yes. I did have a Twilight party just recently. Here's a link to my facebook page if you would like to see the pics. I used all the quotes from HWTM and had my brother make some additional ones for me too. Thanks for the tips on the flowers, I will use it for my New Moon party for sure! BTW, love your playlist. It's been on since yesterday! ; )
