We are celebrating Porter's 6th birthday today by having a sleepover with his three closest friends. Currently they are downstairs playing X-Box and I thought I'd take a minute to share the birthday cake.

It's super easy to make.
Just stack two round cakes on top (fill with whatever frosting you'd like) and frost the outside.
Use Kit Kat bars to cover the outside of the cake and then cover the top with M&M's.

For a little extra pizazz, ad a ribbon.
Easy Peasy!
I'm think I got the idea at this blog here but I'm not 100% sure.
If it's not there then at least you've got a new blog to stalk. She's great!!

I love that cake. I can't believe that Porter is already 6. What a lucky boy to have such a fun party.
ReplyDeleteOh my! I am all over this one. I am SOoo doing this in the new year with birthdays. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteHAPPY BIRTHDAY Porter!
Bridger was in love. Thanks for having him, he had a ton of fun and after the "all nighter" was a bear to live with the next day.
ReplyDeleteI love it! I think I'm going to try that next year for one of my boys birthdays. Sounds like Blake's since he's sitting beside me saying oooh I like those ones, mom let's get those ones! :) Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI love it, Karli. I think I might do it for Aiden, too.
ReplyDeleteI am totally going to make this cake... I don't know when but I will at some point :)
